The terms that apply when you book a dumpster rental with us.
Agreement to Terms
By booking a dumpster rental with Odessa Dumpster Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms. Last updated: August 2026.
Pricing & Payment
Flat-rate pricing by container size is published on our pricing page and includes delivery, pickup, and disposal for the stated included weight. Debris exceeding the included weight for your container size is billed at $75 per additional ton, confirmed with you before pickup. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
Container Placement & Permits
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and for identifying any restrictions on your property (such as HOA rules or overhead obstructions). Permits for placement on a public street or right-of-way are the customer’s responsibility to obtain unless otherwise agreed; see our Odessa and Midland permit guides. We are not responsible for fines resulting from a customer’s failure to obtain a required permit.
Prohibited Materials
Hazardous materials, tires, batteries, electronics, asbestos, medical waste, and refrigerant-containing appliances may not be placed in rented containers. See our full accepted and prohibited materials list. Customers are responsible for any fees or penalties resulting from prohibited materials being placed in a container.
Property & Liability
We take reasonable care to protect driveways and property during delivery and pickup, including the use of protective boards. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control. Customers assume responsibility for the safe use of the container once delivered, including keeping the area around it clear and safe.
Scheduling & Rental Period
Delivery and pickup windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control. Standard rental periods are confirmed at booking; extended rentals may incur additional charges, confirmed with you in advance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
